Michael Sarafa is a co-founder and Managing Director for Vision Investment Partners. In this role, Michael is responsible for deal flow and management of the related companies. With experience in risk management, operations, business development, and public relations, Michael leads the management team with a holistic approach to all business operational needs. Prior to founding Vision Investment Partners, Michael served as President and CEO of Bank of Michigan for ten years. He also served as President of the Associate Food Dealers of Michigan. Michael received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, and holds a Masters in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
Saber is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wireless Vision. He has over 35 years of experience in business management and operations. His entrepreneurial drive has led him to start several successful businesses, most of them retail-oriented. Saber holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwood Institute and a Master’s Degree in Management from Walsh College. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jeanine and playing sports with their five boys.
David is the Founder & CEO of Socialive, the leading SaaS solution for brands and enterprises to create, manage and distribute high quality live content across their social channels, including Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Twitter and Periscope. Prior to building Socialive, David founded Mixify.com – a live streaming community for DJs – which was sold to Chew.TV in 2015. David spent 8 years in industry before becoming an entrepreneur, as Director of Online Learning at Scholastic and as a Strategy Consultant at Mckinsey & Co. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel and Harvard Law School.
Anu was most recently the SVP of Marketing and Product Innovation for the health and wellness direct-to-consumer brand, Be Well. Prior to that, she was the General Manager at Cheeky, which makes beautifully designed homewares with a social cause sold at Target. She comes to Vision Growth Partners with over 15 years of consumer products marketing experience in the beauty, food, beverage and wellness industries. She went to The Ohio State University and earned her MBA at Columbia Business School.
Mr. Jamison is Managing Director of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF), where he is responsible for managing key client relationships, leading transaction teams and actively marketing the services of PMCF to potential clients. As a Board Member of PMCF, Mr. Jamison also provides overall strategic, operational and financial direction to the firm.
Mr. Jamison has over twenty-five years of professional experience advising clients on strategic and financial alternatives, sale and acquisition transactions, divestitures, recap transactions and financings. His current and past clients include leading private equity groups, private companies and public corporations in the following sectors: aerospace and defense, automotive, building products, business services, health care, industrials, retail and technology. Mr. Jamison has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker to business media and industry organizations on various investment banking topics.
Mr. Jamison has significant experience originating and executing deals both domestically and internationally. He has completed numerous cross-border transactions, and recently concluded his term as Chairman of PMCF’s global investment banking company, Corporate Finance International.
Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Mr. Jamison worked as an international consultant and CPA for Plante and Moran. He received his BA in accounting from Hillsdale College, and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He holds his series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Bryce, currently Managing Partner of Restaurant Growth Partners with a focus restaurants and food manufacturing, is a highly accomplished finance and business executive with more than 30 years professional experience. As an Operating Partner for a $16 billion hedge fund, he assisted in the extensive c concept, financial and operational analysis on over 50 companies with values from $20 million to $465 million as well as working on a number of strategic operational consultancies. Bryce was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Fuddruckers Restaurants, with 235 corporate and franchise restaurant locations in 38 states and 10 foreign countries with 4,500 employees and annual sales approaching $350 million. In addition to Fuddruckers, Bryce’s management and advisory experience includes executive roles with Golden Chick restaurants and Private Equity operating partner in Hash House a Go Go. A former CPA and CFO, he continues to enjoy building new businesses.
